Is Tiqets legit?

I’m thinking about buying tickets from Tiqets and don’t mind paying a bit more because I waited until the last minute. Are their services reliable? Also, can someone explain how I pick up the tickets? I heard I need to go to a specific place in Rome to collect them. Is it easy to get to and safe?

Thanks!

Used them last year for the Museum Vaticani, no issues, quite an excellent experience. Ticket picked up in at the ticket desk

Thanks for the reply!

Okay, that sound’s good

I used Tiqets for Borghese last week. I printed the tickets at home, and then when I went downstairs, I went to the booking office and they exchanged them for the real tickets.

Thank you for the reply!

Ah ok that’s pretty easy! Will book with them.

No idea. But viator has worked pretty well for me, including with a pro-opening Vatican tour

Why do I have to pick up the tickets at a random place in the city and deal with a “multimedia experience” or something like that? It feels suspicious, like they might try to upsell me or push some sort of scheme.

Absolutely a garbage company in my experience
