Otrium is a relatively new website that sells last season’s designer clothes at lower prices. They just started selling in the U.S. a few weeks ago, and their focus is on sustainability. Their tagline is, “Using technology to help designer brands make sure every item they create is worn.”
Here’s what I found about Otrium:
Otrium aims to make sure all clothing gets worn. Every year, a lot of clothes are made but never sold, leading to waste and pollution when they end up in landfills. Otrium wants to change the fashion industry by being an online marketplace where designer brands can find buyers for their unsold items.
I’m curious if anyone has shopped there! The prices look good, but I’m not sure if they’re really sustainable or just pretending to be.
I have ordered from Them a few times and am very happy with the items. Delivery is pretty fast and they have a good return policy. My only gripe is that the website is so buggy.
They have great prices on high-end designer brands and offer fast, free shipping. Each order comes with a return shipping label and an easy return form. I ordered a lot of clothes from Reiss and other brands, tried them on, and returned anything I didn’t like for a full refund, all within two weeks. It didn’t cost me anything to ship the items both ways. This is the best online shopping experience I’ve had for clothes!
I’ve ordered from Otrium four times, and it’s been a great experience!
The website is easy to use after you sign up. Shipping is fast; they ship the day after you order, and I usually get my package within five business days. The selection of brands is perfect for me since it includes two stores I love. Otrium is still growing, so I expect more brands will be added in the future. I returned items twice and got my refunds quickly. The prices are really good, which makes this site so appealing.
I’ve ordered from them three times and had a good experience with both buying and returning things. I’ve returned items twice. Their prices are really good.
I recently moved to Europe and bought a few items from Otrium, and I love them! Everything came fast, in great condition, and I got high-quality pieces for a really low price.
The return policy is a scam. They give you a prepaid shipping label but secretly take the shipping cost out of your refund. I recently returned a $250 order and only got $39 back. Don’t buy from this terrible website.
You actually got your order? That’s crazy, mine is way overdue. The customer service is awful too—I had to call their US customer service because the European one doesn’t answer, and they don’t have chat or email support. What a joke. I’m seriously thinking about opening a dispute.
