Is Kids Casting legitimate?
hi parents and friends,If you’re committed to advancing your child’s acting career, reach out to well-established talent agencies in your locality. These agencies often have more rigorous standards but provide extensive guidance and representation.
Though I’m not sure why we need another website like that when industry heavyweights like Backstage, Actor’s Access, and Casting Networks all publish calls for children, it would be legitimate in that they would post audition notices.
I am really against Kids Casting, as it raises significant concerns regarding the exploitation and safety of children. While the platform claims to offer opportunities for young talent, the reality often involves high fees, misleading promises, and a lack of genuine, credible job offers.
Moreover, it can expose children to inappropriate environments and undue pressure, prioritizing profit over the well-being and development of young actors. Parents need to be extremely cautious and thoroughly research any casting service to ensure it genuinely prioritizes the safety and interests of their children, which I believe Kids Casting fails to adequately do.
Although you still need to strive for the opportunities there, it is legitimate. If the picture shoot is conducted across the country, it might use zoom.
It’s real, but you still have to work for the opportunities there. If the photoshoot is nationwide, it might be done through Zoom.
