Is Flyus legit?

I’ve been searching for tickets on sites like Expedia and directly with airlines, and I’ve found great prices on kayak.com. But when I try to book, it turns out I’m actually buying from flyus.com. Has anyone used this company before? I know the saying “if it seems too good to be true,” but I really hope it’s not!

It seems like Flyus used to be Webjet, so it’s a big, established company rather than one of the sketchier ones you might find on Kayak or Skyscanner. They’re probably as reliable as Expedia, but make sure to check all the details and conditions carefully.

Kayak.com is a comparison site. They don’t sell flights themselves; they just show you where you can buy them from other places.

I’m checking Kayak and seeing that Flyus.com has a $1000 fare for British Airways or American, which is a good price. British Airways itself has the same flight for $1500, and Delta’s nonstop flight is the same price. I’m a bit wary of Flyus since I can’t find any reliable reviews. Any thoughts?

Hi, I used FlyUS and I’m very unhappy with them. They’re charging me $250 in “processing fees” to rebook a South African Airways ticket, even though the airline itself doesn’t charge anything for this. Their customer support told me, “they are NOT RUNNING A CHARITY.”

Their customer service isn’t great. They make a lot of typos and have poor communication skills. I have to turn everything into yes or no questions, but they still confuse me with constant mistakes. Besides that, it’s a cheaper version of CheapOair.

Flyus.com provides terrible service. They never call back or reply to emails. When the airline changed the times for an international flight, I missed my connecting flight. Flyus charged me $100 to change the flight but never helped me find a new one. It’s really frustrating—don’t use them.

I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. They are awful! :rage::rage::rage::rage::rage: Please report them too.
