I’m planning a trip soon and stumbled upon FareScan for finding cheap flights. It looks promising, but I’m a bit cautious with new services. I remember a few years back, I used a similar site that turned out to be a scam, and I don’t want to repeat that mistake.
Has anyone here used FareScan recently? Is it legit and reliable? Any feedback or experiences would be really helpful
They are trustworthy, however I have experienced issues with them not issuing tickets immediately.
I’ve used FareScan a couple of times and found it pretty solid. Prices were good and I didn’t run into any issues. Just to be safe, double-check their deals and maybe cross-check with another site.
Farescan is a total scam! My flight was canceled by Turkish Airlines (TA) due to the coronavirus, so I reached out to them for a refund. They directed me to Farescan (FS) and said I should receive a full refund. But when I contacted Farescan, they tried to hit me with a $1,200 tax charge! I’m now getting in touch with my bank and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
