Is Evry Jewels legit?

Hey,
Does anyone know anything bad about Evry Jewels? I think they might be tricking people. I bought about $60 worth of things on Black Friday, but I never got an email confirming my order. They still charged me, though. I checked their TikTok and lots of people were saying the same thing, but they turned off the comments. When I emailed them, they said they need five days to answer. Isn’t that ridiculous?

I also read a comment from someone on a NYC influencer page saying they had the same problem in July and emailed them three times with no response. I think I’ll dispute the charge. It’s just really frustrating.

I bought a phone case and three rings online. It took three weeks for my package to arrive, but they only sent me the phone case and two rings. When I asked about the missing ring and whether I’d get a refund or if it was still coming, they only offered me four dollars store credit for a ring that was on sale for six dollars. After I questioned this, they stopped responding to my emails. This website has been a terrible experience—the jewelry is low quality, and the customer service is extremely poor. I won’t be buying from them again.

I really like Evry Jewles. Their jewelry is fantastic because it doesn’t tarnish, which is great. We had a small issue where I didn’t get my phone case at first, but after a few emails, they ordered it for me! They run an amazing business with great employees.

It’s been months since I placed an order with this piece of trash company. When they think a TV is sufficiently close to what you ordered, they will ship it to you instead of informing you, and when you try to ask for the correct products, they will ignore you.

Hi Amanda!

I’m really sorry to hear about your troubles with Evry Jewels. It’s definitely concerning when you make a purchase and don’t receive any confirmation, yet the charge shows up on your account.

It’s even more troubling when you see others with similar complaints, especially when the company disables comments on their social media; that’s not a great sign of customer service transparency.

Waiting five days for an email response can indeed feel like a long time, especially when you’re anxious about your order.
It’s also disheartening to hear about someone else’s unresolved issue from months ago.

If you’ve reached out multiple times with no reply, disputing the charge with your credit card company might be the best course of action.

It’s important to stand up for your consumer rights, and if the product wasn’t delivered as promised, you’re justified in taking steps to get your money back.

It’s a tough situation, but I hope sharing your experience helps others be more informed about their purchases.

And I hope your issue gets resolved swiftly and satisfactorily in the end.

Hang in there!
