I’m thinking about making my first purchase from Entertainment Earth, but I want to make sure it’s a legitimate site before I do. I’ve seen some cool collectibles and action figures that I really want, but I’ve been burned by shady online stores in the past.
Has anyone here ordered from Entertainment Earth before? How was your experience? Are their products genuine and do they arrive in good condition? Also, how is their customer service in case something goes wrong?
I ordered the Civil War Marvel Legends 3 pack from them (first time buyer), and they mailed it to me a month early. I was elated. They also provide excellent customer service because you may talk with them during the week and ask any questions. I would buy from them again if I had to.
Things are taking a long time to ship, and because it goes through a third party before it gets to USPS, it’s sometimes a week or more late.
