I recently bought a PlayStation gift card from the PlayStation CashStar website for my son. After I bought it, I got an email saying I was refunded, but I didn’t receive any money.

I bought a CashStar gift card for Roblox a day ago, but I haven’t received any email about the gift card from CashStar. It seems like a scam—they don’t steal your card information, but they take your money and don’t reply for a long time.

I got my money back by bothering them and calling them.
I tried calling them but it doesn’t go through what number did you call?
I just bought a PlayStation e-gift card through PlayStation/CashStar. I got a confirmation email with my order number right away, but it took about 30 minutes to get the e-gift card code.
I wish I had checked them out first like I usually do… The same thing just happened to me. I got a website and email confirmation of my order, but then I got another email saying it couldn’t be processed and that the charges would be refunded by my bank. When I called them, they said they processed the refund, but my bank only shows the charge and no refund.
Did they mention in the email that it might take 7-10 business days or anything like that?
