Is Broadway.com a legitimate website?

I bought 2 tickets for the Book of Mormon next month from Broadway.com and got them in the mail today. However, I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about the site.

I didn’t realize how much the handling fees were until I got the tickets, but compared to the prices on the official show’s website, these were cheaper for the same type of seats. I could have spent $100 more for better seats on Ticketmaster, saved $100 for partial view seats on Ticketmaster, or gotten the ones I bought on Broadway.com, which were priced in the middle.

Is Broadway.com a trustworthy site, or should I be worried that these tickets might not be valid for the show next month?

The tickets are real. I used them to buy Hamilton tickets last year without any problems. But their fees are way too high.

The website is real. They’re like a ticket broker with a good reputation. When people search “Broadway tickets,” they show up quickly.

Their fees are high, but they’re a real company.

I thought they were the official ticket seller for Broadway shows. I didn’t know. How do you buy tickets directly? From the theater?

Tickets are legit. It’s just pricing that could be wild.

I just bought tickets from Broadway.com (I’m not from the U.S., so I chose e-tickets), but something strange happened. When I clicked check-out, it said there was an error. The problem is the fee was charged, but I didn’t get an email or attachment with my tickets. Any ideas on what to do?

Did it end up working for you? :woman_standing:t4: I’m checking out tickets on that site today, and it’s a little sketchy.
