Is Booksi Legit?

Has anyone here used Booksi for booking accommodations? I’m planning a trip and stumbled upon their site, but I’m a bit skeptical about its legitimacy and reliability. I’ve had mixed experiences with online booking services in the past, and I really want this trip to go smoothly. If you’ve used Booksi, could you share your experience? How was the booking process, and did everything go as expected? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated before I finalize my plans. Thanks so much!

This crew of fraudsters is engaging in bait and switch. The advertisement guaranteed me a certain hotel. I then received a letter confirming that I got the hotel of my choice when I booked. They moved me to a different hotel when I had to phone to make sure. I’m furious right now. I selected the week they indicated my hotel was free. If I adjust it now, it is $150 feet. Never once more!

Hello, Shirley Turner. They’re a fraud; Booksi collected our money but never gave us the trip. They never phoned us. They ignored our calls to them.

SCAMAfter making a reservation and paying, you must contact to confirm the date. THEN they inform you that a two-hour time-share presentation is scheduled. IF YOU CANCEL, YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND. What respectable business does that?

I’ll never trust them. I encountered unexpected fees not clearly disclosed during the booking process.

They are definitely a scam. The properties I booked were not as described in their platform.

That sounds rather annoying, Luke. It is not acceptable to be mislead in that way. Have you attempted to escalate your problem with customer service?
