I got ordained through American Marriage Ministries (AMM), but before I buy the license from their website, I want to know if they are legit. Has anyone used this site or had their wedding officiated by someone who was ordained through them?

Yes! We used it, and our officiant did some research and thought it was better than ULC.

I just signed up, and it was a great experience. Could you add the words “United States 501(c)(3) charitable organization” at the bottom of your homepage with a link? If I had seen that, I might have signed up right away instead of researching online first.
If i get ordained through your church, and perform a wedding in the Dominican Republic, will it be recognized in the United States?

I’m pretty sure it’s free. I took the course during COVID, so I might be remembering wrong or maybe things have changed, but I do remember the ordination course being free. You can download a PDF of your ordination certificate for free. However, I think getting a physical copy of your certificate costs money because it’s mailed to you. If I remember right, they also offer books or materials after the course that you can choose to buy.
How much is licensing for state of CT? or to register in the state?
Is this valid in North Carolina? I read somewhere that NC doesn’t accept it.
If your state doesn’t allow online ordination, then no.
