Dillard’s return policy is terrible.

Dillard’s return policy is terrible. I placed an order for a dress on April 6; I did not receive it until April 16; I returned it on May 13. Even though I did not receive the garment until 4/16, they shipped the clothes back to me since they were not within the 30-day window! They refuse to offer me any recognition at all from the store! I have two outfits I do not need that cost $250.

PERSONALLY, AVOIDING ORDERING FROM THERE

Dillard’s has long been known for its reputable presence in the retail industry, and I’ve personally held great trust in the company for years. While recent uncertainties may have caused some hesitation, I still believe Dillard’s is a trustworthy company overall. T

Their commitment to quality products, customer service, and longstanding presence in the market are reasons to continue placing trust in them. Remember, every company may face challenges from time to time, but Dillard’s track record and dedication to their customers provide ample reasons to have confidence in their reliability.

The same thing happened on boohoo.com. I like their midi dresses, which usually cost $16-20 all year round. Today, they were originally listed at $35 and on sale for $20.:expressionless::unamused:

My cousin, who works at Dillard’s, told me tonight that certain departments only have sales on Black Friday due to bizarre family dynamics. The new year’s sale is the key to Dillards, just like the other commenters have said!
