Weird email from GAP… is it a scam or just shipping issues?

I got an email from GAP, and the address ends with gapca.narvar.com (I’m in Canada for context). It has tracking info, but it looks different from other emails I’ve gotten from them that end with gapcanada.ca. I clicked the link in the email and signed up for something through it. Now I’m worried about my personal info.

The email also showed a shipping date, but when I tracked the package directly, there’s no shipping date. Has anyone else had emails like this or any similar problems?

Just a heads-up to everyone new here—posting in this forum sometimes attracts scammers. They might DM you offering to fix your issue, recover your info, or something similar for a small fee. Ignore them! Keep the discussion public so others can help you spot if it’s legit or not.

Also, remember not to share personal info like last names, phone numbers, or anything sensitive here. Report suspicious comments or messages if you see them. Let’s keep this place helpful and safe!

That email address looks sketchy to me. You might have clicked on a phishing link.

Oh no… I didn’t realize! The email seemed normal because it matched tracking info from a previous order. What should I do now?

@ANIVAH
Actually, the email is legit. Narvar is a company that handles order tracking and returns for big brands, including GAP. If you’re still unsure, you can contact GAP customer service to confirm.

I think you’re mistaken. Narvar is a real service that GAP uses for their e-commerce tracking and returns.
