Hey guys, has anyone completed the online form for Jamaica customs? The last time I visited, this was not an option. I am just curious about other people’s experiences with us and do not want to go through the hassle of filling it out online only to have to do it once I get there.

I only returned yesterday. After I completed the online form, Delta sent us with a printed version. I completed it. It’s ideal to have both, according to the woman who helped us through the queue. Occasionally, the internet is unreliable. But I would strongly advise arriving and leaving on Club Monday. They have a special queue, which you easily pass through.
To be safe, just fill the form online my dear. Both the pre-filled online form and the physical one at the point of entry is accepted. However, the queues can sometimes be so crazy, so it’s an advantage if you have the prefilled one.
