Is The Unlocking Company scamming me?

Once I verified their legitimacy, I spent $50 unlocking two Samsung Android phones. After two hours, I received an email stating that one phone was “stuck in the database” and that unlocking it would cost an additional $20. They requested information about the network, build number, and security patch level. It seems like a fraud to me. Any suggestions?

I paid them for unlocking two cell phones, but they never unlocked them and scammed me. I even paid twice for unlocking and network unlocking, totaling $149.99. They promised it would take 24 hours, but I never received an email or a response to my messages. It’s incredibly frustrating, but I suppose it’s a risk you take with these fraudulent companies.

They’re a scam. There’s no way you can tell a customer you’ll have it unlocked in 3 days, then say you aren’t going to give a refund, then say we’re working on it. You had the phone listed specifically for choice with this specific carrier. Insinuating you successful handle that need of service.

They scammed me as well , they send the same bogus email to everyone and threaten to blacklist you IMEI if you try and chargeback or write a negative review. Completely a scam
