Is The Capital Syndicate legit?

My husband wants us to join “The Capital Syndicate” with Lee Arnold. The video we watched said we could sign up for under $100 to learn how to find people who need money for real estate. We would find the borrower, connect them with Lee Arnold, and then get a percentage of the deal. They say it takes very little effort, but it sounds too good to be true. Does anyone have experience with this program?

I signed up for The Capital Syndicate after seeing the promotional video. While the prospect of earning a percentage from real estate deals was attractive, the reality was quite different from what was promised. It turned out to be more demanding than advertised and did not deliver the returns I anticipated.

I have a great deal of experience in syndicated real estate, mostly in the multifamily market. They were my first investments roughly thirteen years ago. Since I work a hectic job and don’t have time to do all the leg work, this has been the ideal way for me to invest in commercial real estate. It’s been really fulfilling. They seem to me like highly tax-friendly micro REITs that have been privatized.
The secret to successful syndication is knowing your partners. Look for syndicators who have a solid history and make a ton of inquiries. If you do the upfront research, all you have to do is pick up the checks and watch your investment increase.
