Did anyone book hotels with super.com? Is it real or a trick?
It’s a scam for sure!
I booked on their website and arrived on time for check-in, but the hotel refused to honor my booking. They said it was because I live too far away. It was our 6th wedding anniversary, and we just wanted some time together without going too far from our kids. The hotel wouldn’t give us a refund because we booked through Super Travel. We tried to find another place with Super Travel’s help, but after a week, they only emailed to say it wasn’t our fault, but we still wouldn’t get our money back or any other place to stay! We paid for something we never got. Their website didn’t say anything about how far you can live from the hotel. Be careful if you use Super Travel; you might end up with no room and no refund. I’m warning everyone about their bad service. Don’t use them!
Super.com is undoubtedly legitimate and often offers cheaper rates compared to booking directly with hotels.
However, keep in mind that using Super.com may add complexity if issues arise or if you need modifications, cancellations, or refunds.
I had issues with super – even though the hotel agreed to me cancelling a reservation and getting a refund super refused for three straight days.
