I bought something from Stylevana for the first time a week ago. It still says “Processing” when I check my order details, even after a whole week. Some items are labeled “not shipped,” while others say “not fulfilled.” They haven’t contacted me, but I haven’t contacted them either.
Normally, when I order from Yesstyle, my stuff comes within a week.
So, I have two questions:
I’ve bought a lot from Stylevana, and whenever I had a problem, I just emailed customer service and they fixed it quickly. They always reply fast.
Before you order, make sure all your stuff can be shipped on time. Once, I put only 24-hour items in my cart (I double-checked everything), but when I went to buy them a few days later, some were delayed for 30 business days! I didn’t notice until a week later when my order was still stuck. If it’s not shipped, it’s in stock, and if it’s not fulfilled, there’s a delay.
If some items are stuck, you can email them to take them out of your order, and the rest will ship soon. They’ll give you a refund for the items you remove. You can also ask to cancel the whole order because of the delay - once I did this, and they gave me a 10% discount to keep the order.
I’ve purchased from Stylevana several times and always had a positive experience! Although their shipping updates can be slow, I’ve consistently received my packages within three weeks without any issues with the products.
Do you think they can deliver to CA quickly?
I live in Canada and ordered once from Stylevana about a month ago. I emailed them with my questions, and their response was quick. I received the merchandise in about three weeks, and it was neatly wrapped.
It’s legit and it’s safe . It can just take ages for delivery. My experience is… it took like 8 business days for them to even process it and delivered.
