I’m in the UK and have never heard of this company. A quick Google search shows they have a bad Trustpilot rating, so I would stay away from them.
Edit: I checked their website, and it looks like they’ve stolen photos from real designers. They’ll probably send you a copy they made themselves. It might turn out okay, but it might not. Unboxing videos on YouTube show that the dress people receive often looks different from the picture.

DO not buy from them, they are scammers. They say they accept returns, but they don’t. I ordered a regular-sized dress because they claimed it could be returned. They emailed me asking for my measurements, which I didn’t think much of at the time, but I should have. When the dress arrived, it had a custom tag, and when I tried to return it, they were impossible to contact. They kept saying, “We made it to your measurements, so it’s not returnable.” I’ve been arguing with them for a week, and now they’re acting like they’re doing me a favor by asking for another $70 to make a second dress, even though the first one cost over $200 and can’t be returned.
Do not buy from Stacees. The dress I received was a different color and made of different material. THEY WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND. I’ve been dealing with them for 2 WEEKS!!! I’m in the U.S. and bought the dress for $109, but they only want to give me $40 to keep a dress I don’t want.
Do not order from them! They ignore your messages when you ask for a refund. It’s shocking! I’m trying my best to get a refund because the dress I received was terrible. Now they’re ignoring me when I ask for the correct address to send the dress back. Stay away from this site

Can you please share what you’ve found? I’d like to join if you’re taking legal action against this company. They are taking advantage of people and breaking consumer protection laws. Thank you.
Don’t buy from this company! My daughter’s prom dress was awful. The hem was uneven and the dress looked cheap. A good company wouldn’t send out a dress like this.
Don’t buy from this site. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter, but it was too big. Stacees said they’d give me a refund, so I paid £27 to send the dress back. I never got my money back. Now they have both the dress and my money, and they refuse to return it. Stay away from this site. I’m £160 down, and I wish I’d read the reviews before buying.
This company is very dishonest. They say you can return a dress, but you actually can’t. I’ve had to send many emails back and forth with them, and they just keep giving excuses. They’re only offering me $30 for a dress that cost $250, and it wasn’t even altered. My friend is dealing with the exact same problem, with the same type of emails. Other reviews show this is just how they operate. I’m going to file complaints and warn others on every forum I can find. Don’t buy anything from Stacees.
It seems like we looked at the same site. I was hoping someone would say they’re actually okay and just had a few bad reviews recently. But it doesn’t look good, so I think I’ll avoid them.
