Yesterday, when I was searching for my work online, I stumbled upon Printerval. I noticed that they were showcasing many of my designs across several stores, but these designs were taken from my Zazzle store without my permission. After looking around, it seems like many other designs on the site might also be stolen. It looks like Printerval makes money by stealing designs. My advice: don’t support this site.

I am extremely disappointed with this company! I ordered a cover for my luggage, and the website claimed it would ship within 2-5 days. This was not true. I placed my order on the 16th and requested a status update on the 23rd. They told me it was “in process.” On the 28th, they claimed it had been shipped and provided a tracking number, but the package didn’t move. When I requested another status update on the 8th, they gave me a new tracking number, saying it was shipped on the 8th. Now I have to wait another three weeks for delivery, which is ridiculous since I leave on the 26th. I will never order from this company again—their customer service is terrible!
