I recently came across Payne Richards and Associates, and I’m considering using their services for financial planning and investment advice. However, I want to make sure they’re a legitimate and reputable firm before proceeding.

Has anyone here used Payne Richards and Associates? How was your experience with them? Are they trustworthy and reliable? Any red flags or issues I should be aware of?

Payne Richards and Associates contacted my husband, claiming he signed something electronically on 10/2022. A year later, I filed our claim directly through the government website. They now demand 10%, saying their claim ID was used. This company is a scam trying to collect money that’s free to claim yourself.
