I bought tickets from the D-backs website (through Ticketmaster), and they offered parking for $20 through ParkWhiz. I went ahead and got it since it’s my first game. The parking is in the Chase Field Garage.
Any advice?

There are a few nearby, but the easiest is the one with your name, right in the main plaza at DTPHX. There are also plenty of options inside the ballpark.
I’ve never used Parkwhiz, but parking at the Chase Field Garage usually costs $20. It’s definitely the easiest spot to park since it’s right next to the stadium.
Parkwiz is good, but skip the garage. It’s crazy to get out of after a busy game. Try 719 E Jackson (valet) or 811 E Jackson instead. They’re right by J Gate, which is less crowded, and you can easily turn right to get on the freeway. It’s usually the same price or cheaper than the garage, plus you get a water bottle too.
If you have club level tickets, there’s a bridge you can use. With Parkwhiz, you’re guaranteed a parking spot.
I used it before but didn’t get an email or barcode. I spent over an hour calling them and Ticketmaster, but neither could help. I don’t recommend this company at all.
