I’m making a PC using PCpartpicker.com. Most things are cheaper on Amazon, but the CPU and GPU are cheaper on Newegg. Usually, I’d be okay with buying less important stuff from a site like Newegg, but I’m not sure about getting the most important parts there. I’ve heard bad things about their shipping, customer service, and even the quality of parts lately. What do you think?

@I had a problem with Newegg once. After hearing about others’ recent experiences, I wouldn’t buy from them if I could avoid it. Especially after watching Gamer Nexus’s videos.

@Donna as long as it says “shipped by newegg” you’re fine.
I bought a PC from Newegg, and my account was blocked. They tried to hold onto my $1.7k for a few months. Eventually, I regained access to my account, only for it to be suspended again. When the PC arrived, the graphics card was defective, and it took another month to get a replacement, which wasn’t even the same model I initially purchased. Newegg is a mess, man.
