I received an auto-reply on March 5th stating that they are in administration and are not accepting returns or refunds, even though my order was over two thousand euros (!). This is a robbery! Until I get a refund, I am still the legitimate owner of the products, thus I do not see how this can be lawful. If nothing else, they ought to return the things we ordered. Furthermore, I even scheduled the return with a customer service agent, and there was no statement on the website that it was not accepting returns or offering refunds.
This is not acceptable!
