I’m thinking about getting the Multi-Attraction Klook pass in Tokyo. Has anyone bought this? What was your experience using it? Was it worth it? I don’t trust the reviews on the site.
Do not use Klook, I had a terrible travel experience with them. I booked tickets for an attraction in Tokyo through the Klook app, only to receive used tickets. This led to an embarrassing situation at the counter, where everyone assumed I was trying to cheat, but it was actually Klook that deceived me. The manager at the attraction informed me that Klook has a reputation for repeatedly providing fake tickets.
Yes, I used it last month to visit teamLab in Tokyo. Everything went smoothly without any issues.
