They’re terrible. Even though this issue started over a year ago, I want to warn others about this awful company. They sent me the wrong dress, which looked nothing like the picture. They apologized and offered some money for alterations, but my local seamstress said it would be too difficult and expensive to fix. When I wanted to return the dress, June Bridals tried to give me a partial discount to keep it and told me I’d have to pay for return shipping. Eventually, they stopped responding. They admitted their mistake but still wanted me to cover the costs. Now I’m left without a dress. This company has been the worst I’ve ever dealt with. While there are some good reviews for June Bridals, if you check out their parent company, you’ll find similar negative reviews—it’s a complete scam.
I just ordered a dress from them, and trying to return it has been a nightmare. After waiting 5 days for a response, they told me I could send it back, but it could take up to 2 months and cost up to $70. They suggested donating the dress to Goodwill, keeping the receipt, and then they would give me a 70% refund. This doesn’t make sense to me, and I’m not sure what to do (I’m considering tailoring it, but that might cost more than the dress itself). The quality of the dress was okay, but it doesn’t look anything like the photos. Overall, it’s been a really disappointing experience.
I think “you get what you pay for” is true for this company. The material was cheap, but I only paid $150, so . I’m definitely trying to return it. It was nice, just not what I expected.
