The company is legit but terrible customer service. Never received my package and their answer was “It’s been shipped, verify with your local law enforcement agency” in other words: Call the police, not our problem. And they said there’s no way to ask for a signature required option, even if your willing to pay extra for it. If you have stolen packages issues in your neighborhood I would recommend you order somewhere else. If not, their products/prices are generally good
