Yes, Fanatical is legit, but be careful with their mystery key bundles. The keys are real, and it’s safer than grey market sites, but many mystery keys are for games that have been bundled before, given away for free, or are generally cheap.

Yes, it is. I’ve bought several games there. However, I don’t recommend the “mystery bundles” because they usually include games that no one wants. By the way, there’s a site called Trustpilot that shows how reliable other sites are, including Steam key resellers.
