I bought an iPhone 11 from Eros Digital using PayPal. I received a confirmation and an order number, but the order status has been saying “in progress” for the past two days. I haven’t received a confirmation email, just a text message. I tried calling their customer service, but there was no response. I’m starting to worry are they a legitimate company?
I don’t know much about ErosDigital, but I can definitely recommend PayPal. They’re really good with refunds and handling disputes. Just reach out to them during their working hours, and everything should be fine. Good luck!
Eros is a major electronics store chain in the UAE, and they’re completely reliable. They used to be the only ones selling Samsung products in the UAE until a few years ago, when Samsung started their own stores.
