Hey guys, I ordered a box mod on November 26, 2017, to be shipped to my college suite. It arrived defective and didn’t work at all, even after trying multiple pairs of batteries.
When I contacted ElementVape for a refund, they made me pay $11 for the return shipping, even though the product was faulty. I reminded them twice to send the replacement to my home address since I was leaving college for winter break, but they still shipped it back to my college address.
Their customer service was terrible, they didn’t listen and just dismissed my requests. It’s been almost a month now (from November 26 to December 21), and I still don’t have a working product.
Any experiences with them?
